Chilled water system for commercial applications

The Hanbell magnetic bearing variable frequency centrifugal compressor powers this magnetic bearing water-cooled chiller, equipped with our self-made high-efficiency evaporator and condenser as well as an electronic expansion valve from internationally renowned brand. This gives it an impressive IPLV of up to 10.7 and a part-load COP value over 13. This magnetic bearing chiller also utilizes a magnetic bearing centrifugal air-cooled system with a high precision sensor. The chiller features exclusive air-cooled magnetic bearing variable frequency centrifugal compressor, and our own low energy consumption and low noise external rotor fan. When combined with the variable frequency compressor and automatic control system, the chiller can hit a ±0.1°C accuracy for the water temperature control.

H.Stars offers a selection of 50STD magnetic levitation centrifugal water-cooled chillers that can cover a range of cooling capacities from 420-7800kW, and with the minimum chilled water outlet temperature of 5°C. What's more, non-standard models are also available, customized according to the exact requirements of our customers. Moreover, in addition to chillers, our company is also capable of producing efficient seawater systems and other related power supply products.

    This two-stage centrifugal compressor system employs an economizer to broaden the gap between the two stages and increase cooling capacity by at least 10%. By smartly identifying the surge area, the speed and IGV can be adjusted promptly, preventing surge and improving the stability and safety of the compressor compared to traditional centrifugal chillers.

  • DC frequency conversion motors renowned for exceptional efficiency and energy saving capabilities

    Permanent magnet synchronous motors provide rapid acceleration, with air-cooled refrigerant efficiency up to 97%. Furthermore, they feature a built-in soft starter that ensures a start-up current of just 2A, so your power grid won't be stressed.

  • Reliable, high-performance heat exchanger.

    This self-engineered and manufactured high-efficiency heat exchanger and electronically operated expansion valve paired with a liquid level sensor ensures the evaporator is always in an effective state of heat transfer. As a result, this technology yields an impressive IPLV value of 10.7 and a COP higher than 13 during partial load.

  • Magnetic bearing oil-free technology delivers exceptional energy efficiency, as well as reduced sound output due to the lack of mechanical friction. With sound levels of less than 74 decibels (A), this technology is estimated to reduce energy consumption by 10%.
    Our oil-free system minimizes heat exchanger heat transfer loss, optimizing the efficiency of the heat exchanger. It eradicates the need for an intricate oil circuit system and ensures convenience by making maintenance less of a chore.
