Copper coated plastic anti-scald patent structure
The main body is of two layer structure including the inner plastic layer and the outer copper layer. This structure is of heat insulation effect because both the copper and plastic have interval or gaps making hot water not directly exposed to the metal surface.

Material
Zinc alloy handle anti-scald thermostatic mixing shower valve: The shell is made of HPb59-1(grade A brass) and PPA+60%GF is used in the inner liner.
Faucet handwheel contains two types: made of ABS or zinc alloy, both are fully plated causing anti-oxidation and corrosion-resistant.
Dual control valve: The surface is chroming treated, passing the test of 24h acid salt spray.
Shower cartridge is made of PPA plastic.
We also provide the ultrathin top spray shower (fully plating) if you like.

Performance
The products are of triple functions: faucet, overhead spray and shower.
The temperature difference will not exceed 2℃, if pressure ratio of hot water and cold water is 10:1.
The faucets are equipped with prepositive switch, without check valve, able to prevent splashing.
The product is available when the temperature is 10-20℃ below zero without being froze and burst.
The net weight is 1.6kg.
