Description
The H frame press is a type of 2-point press that can press all kinds of sheet metal forming parts. The hydraulic press machine offers complete functionality, safe operation and high reliability. It can not only complete cold stamping processes including blanking, bending, shallow drawing, forming and calibration, but also hot trimming of forged parts.

Features of H frame press

Steel plate welded frame has higher rigidity and angular deformation of within 2 arcmin.
Hydraulic overload protector that can immediately relieve pressure and stop the movement of slide to protect the equipment and mold from damage, once the machine tool is overloaded. After overloading, it can automatically reset to reduce shutdown time and improving working efficiency of the press.
Pneumatic balance system running smoothly reduces secondary impact and improves the dynamic precision of the press.
The use of Japanese AZBIL (TACO) dual solenoid safety valves ensures the security and reliability of clutch operation.
Omron PLC is employed for centralized electrical control, which effectively ensures the reliability of the electrical control part.
Employ integrated control panel with electronic cam and LED indicator light included, the H frame press can achieve multiple function monitoring and signal indication.
