Our 3kW fiber laser cutting heads are designed for thin-sheet and tube cutting. They are lightweight and compact, work with multi-axis setups, and deliver fast, accurate positioning. The front-mounted drive lowers the installation height. A drawer-style lens module makes replacement quick, and the unitized design helps extend service life.

These auto-focus laser cutting heads are built to run with 3 kW fiber-laser cutting machines, both flatbed sheet cutters and tube cutting lines for bevel cutting. They process carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys for thin-sheet and tube work with consistent quality.

Thanks to its low-inertia body (about 3.3 kg) suits multi-axis motion, reduces motor load, and enables fast, accurate positioning.
Placing the drive up front shortens the distance from the mounting face to the beam axis. On tube/profile cutting machines this reduces remnant length and saves material.
Drawer type (pull out) lens modules allow quick removal and reinstallation, which shortens downtime.
Compliant, spring-loaded anti-collision design shields the sensor cavity (sensor bay), prevents damage in minor impacts, and allows a quick restart.
Connector ports can be rotated to suit different cutting machine layouts, making installation and cable routing easier.
