Metal shear blades are primarily used on hydraulic shearing machines for cutting steel sheets, aluminum plates, and stainless-steel sheets. It is widely used for manufacturing ships, machinery, electronics, advertisements and more. We also offer manufacturing services for customized metal shear blades, so long as customers provide a design drawing or other required parameters.

Advantages

We use LD，H13，H13K，SKD-11(Cr12MoV) ，6CrW2Si， and 9CrSi as the metal shear blade body materials. Through a forging and heat treatment process, the Rockwell hardness is as high as 58~62 HRC, and the length tolerance is less than 0.5 mm. Both width and thickness tolerance can be controlled to less than 0.02 mm, making it ideal for manufacturing the stainless-steel plates with a higher thickness and toughness.
We manufacture the metal shear blades used in both Chinese hydraulic shearing machines and non-Chinese shearing machine.
Currently, most Chinese hydraulic shearing machines use the 2500 mm blade. However, we use 1300 mm x 2 blades for our shearing machine. It needs to be noticed that traditionally, the total blade length should be designed to be longer than the machine’s maximum blade length, such as the 2600 being larger than the 2500.
We can manufacture the length as high as 3100 mm, making the blade applicable for shear machine brands LFK, ERMAKSON, and AMADA.
Most of the blades for shearing machines are rectangular with four cutting edges, though some have two cutting edges.
