Applications:
1. Optical fiber cantilever mold laser welding machine is equipped with optical fiber transmission system, that is different than the standard cantilever laser mold welding machine. Adopt non-workbench operation mode, through optical fiber transmission to achieve precision repair for super large, large and medium-sized molds. The mold can be placed on cart, forklift or on the ground for repair. The operation is flexible.
2. It is mainly used for repair welding of S136, SKD11, NAK80, 8407, 718h, 738, H13, P20, W302, and 2344 mold steels, carbon steel, GRA steel, stainless steel, beryllium copper, copper and very hard alloy materials plastic molds, casting molds, forging dies, stamping dies, die casting molds, etc.
3. Adopt optical fiber transmission welding, can be widely used in mobile phone, digital products, automobile and motorcycle mold production and molding industries.
