Function

XMF multiple roller coater has three application roller devices and is capable of coating three times with a coating weight of 30-50g/㎡. Compared to other roll coating machines, the versatile multiple roll coating machine can create the thickest and the smoothest coating film.
The multiple roller coater can satisfy customer’s requirements of a thicker coating film or multiple coating times. A thicker coating film can avoid getting scratched or worn during the sanding process.
The multiple roll coating machine can reduce the rework rate, improve the production efficiency and increase the utilization of coating paint to decrease your production cost. The coating film is more uniform and smoother than the manual work.
