The UV coater dryer aims to dry the printed paperboard to avoid scratches or mackle problems in the procedure of transfer, slotting or die cutting.
The UV coater unit aims to overlay a layer of gloss oil on the surface of the printed cardboard to make the printed pattern more brighter.

The drying unit adopts infrared drying system, which is divided to before-polishing unit and after-polishing unit to achieve fast drying.
According to the drying range, the UV coater dryer can automatic adjust heat and save energy.
The temperature control system can avoid fire caused by high temperature.
The smoke alarm system ensures that the corrugated making machine can work in security.
The open-type drying case guarantees that the manufacture process is in security.
The structure of the UV coating unit is the same as the structure of the flexo printing unit. You can choose water-based varnish or UV oil to polish.
