DXD-620C vertical weighing form fill seal machine is an intelligent and precise automated packaging system with the filling range ranging from 300g to 3000g. This type VFFS machine is widely applied to the packing of puffed food, candies, chocolate, castor sugar, rice, salt, dried fruit, dried vegetable, baked food, frozen food, pet food, spaghetti pasta, drug, hardware products, beans, seeds, plastic and wooden products, etc.

1. Z shape bucket elevator
Products are commonly transported from ground hoppers to multihead weigher with help of Z shape bucket elevator. This type of feeding machine can full-automatically work together with multihead weigher.

2. Multihead weigher
Multihead weigher is a kind of automated weighing system, which can be customized as 10 heads weigher, 14 heads weigher and 20 heads weigher. Every weigher is equipped with a touch screen controller. When the required weight changes, it is very convenient to resetting target weight on the touch screen without replacement of components. Besides, this weighing system is very precise and weight error of each bag is less than 0.5%.

3. Vertical form fill seal machine
After finishing weighing in the multihead weigher, products drop into the hoppers of vertical packing machine. Then the VFFS machine will perform the steps of making of bags, filling of products, sealing, cutting of bags, date imprinting and so on.

4. Products conveyor
When the packaging procedure is finished, bags are transported by conveyor to collecting area or the next procedure spot.

5. This type of packaging machine applies double belt film-drawing system, which has an advantage on the stability of film-drawing procedure.

6. The packing machine is equipped with automatic constant temperature heating device, which can keep a stable temperature and the beauty of sealing.

7. Plastic bearing is used in this machine and not need lubricating oil ensuring the safety of products.

8. The machine uses Electro-Optical Sensor System(EOSS) to realize automatic alignment on the packing films and guarantee the same appearance of each bag.

9. When the required width of bags changes, the packing system can change bagmaker in 5~10 min without any tools.

10. A printer is installed on the machine to perform the function of printing manufacture date and batch number and so on.

11. The maintenance cost is low because of few damageable assemblies.

12. All the components contacted with products material are made of stainless steel, which meets the requirement of food manufacture.
