Frame Style Vulcanizing Press
- Minimum Vulcanization Width: 600mm
- Maximum Vulcanization Width: 2150mm
The high-performance aluminum frame vulcanizing press is engineered for quick, simple, and efficient conveyor belt splicing. Its lightweight yet durable construction makes it ideal for on-site work and frequent repositioning. Each unit features integrated end handles and positioning rings (for larger models), allowing operators to easily align the press at the splice location. The TW Series requires no on-site assembly, consisting of just two main components (top and bottom), and weighs only one-third of a conventional vulcanizing press. This design makes it especially suitable for maintenance teams that need mobility, speed, and ease of use without sacrificing performance.
The frame-style vulcanizing press is suitable for splicing and repairing EP conveyor belts, nylon belts, cotton canvas belts, and conveyor belts with steel cable cores. It is widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, ore terminals, grain terminals, building materials, cement, chemical processing, coal-fired power plants, and tunnel engineering.

Notes
- EPN1956-TW, “EPN” refers to the manufacturer, while the model number indicates the heating plate dimensions in inches: 19 inches in length and 56 inches in width. “TW” stands for two-piece press. Unlike traditional vulcanizing presses, this model is simpler, more flexible, and easier to use.
No on-site assembly is required, the press consists of just two main components (top and bottom). Customers can choose to use a single unit or multiple units depending on the splice length. The standard heating plate length is 710 mm, with other options available including 355 mm, 455 mm, and 660 mm, to meet different operational needs. - Custom heavy-duty frames are available upon request for continuous workshop use or frequent repeat operations. Please consult your local EPNUO vulcanizer representative for details. Not all models include side handles. Models marked with an asterisk (*) come with side handles as standard. This adds 6 inches to the total width. Optional 1/8" (3 mm) aluminum plates are available for side-by-side press arrangements, provided upon request.
- EPNUO “pressure bag” for uniform pressure system across splice surface
- Built-in cooling system within platens
- Innovative silicone element fast heating system
- Lightweight aluminum frame
- EPNUO control panel for managing vulcanizing temperature
- Utilizes innovative platen system that combines an extruded aluminum base, silicone heating element, and durable composite insulation. Each platen conforms to belt surface variations, ensuring uniform results.
- Maximum temperature: 163°C (325°F)
- Available in rhomboid or rectangular configurations
- Upper and lower sections are made from durable yet lightweight aluminum, allowing for easy transport and quick positioning. Smaller models feature ergonomic carrying handles
