The GGD radial linear guideway is made of bearing steel and is comprised of a rail, slide block, roller, reverse unit, top seal, side seal, roller cage, seal gasket, oil cup, etc. The radial linear guideway withstands force perpendicularly in the radial direction, so its radial load carrying capacity is greatly increased. Improvement on the fitness of raceway and roller helps improve the load carrying capacity and rigidity of each raceway. The radial linear guideway offers a reduced overall height and the optimizing structure with finite element analysis enables the mutual force points of four raceways to be reduced to the best. We not only get guideway with higher anti torsion ability and slide block with higher anti deformation ability, but are able to save space for users.

The radial linear guideway is designed with a roller cage to keep rollers apart and avoid collision. This makes the rollers move smoothly and stably and avoids noise caused by roller collision. There is an oil layer between roller and cage, which helps to reduce friction and heat generated by the linear guideway during moving. This ensures high speed and high accuracy motion. In addition, as a certain amount of lubricating grease can be stored in the roller cage, the radial linear guideway will be maintenance free for a long period of time.
