UV Laser Marking Machine
Laser marking is an efficient method for creating precise and detailed designs on various materials. UV laser markers, with their small focal spots, are particularly effective for ultra-fine marking and engraving.
Our standard UV laser marking machine uses third-order intracavity frequency doubling technology to produce a 355nm ultraviolet laser. The small focal spot of the 355nm UV light significantly reduces thermal effects and mechanical deformation, making it ideal for ultra-fine marking and engraving.
Additionally, we offer UV laser markers equipped with visual positioning systems and sliding tables. These features enhance processing precision and accuracy, allowing for more detailed and exact marking. This makes our UV laser markers perfect for applications that require fine detail, such as logos, graphics, and text on a variety of materials.
Our laser marking systems are widely used for marking and surface treatment on various materials including plastics, leaves, acrylic, silicon wafers, thin ceramics, IC chips, glass, TFT, LCD screens, plasma screens, buttons, fine markings on silicon wafers, PCB processing, flat panel display production, electronic components, solar cell materials, textiles, and polymer films.
- UV lasers are perfect for fine and detailed marking. They have a small focal spot and minimal heat impact, making them ideal for materials that need to be processed with high precision.
- UV laser marking devices work well on many materials, not just metals. They produce fine marks with excellent beam quality, and their small size and low power usage make them very efficient.
- The laser's heat impact is minimal, so it doesn't cause burning or damage to the materials being marked.
- UV laser markers are fast and efficient, with stable performance. Their compact size and low energy consumption are additional benefits.
- For even greater precision, some UV laser markers come with visual positioning and sliding tables. This allows for highly accurate and detailed marking at high speeds.
