Application:
Both inner and outer layer of aluminum plastic composite pipes are made of polyethylene, which is both non-toxic and sanitary, with the middle core being an aluminum material. These materials allow the water supply pipe to be used for chemical liquid transportation, heating piping system for underfloor heating and wall heating, medical oxygen pipelines, oil and cooling liquid transfer, solar heating and cooling systems, add-on pipes for air conditioning, agricultural sprinkler irrigation and water supply system. As the inner and outer layer of the pipes are connected through heat fusion, there is no water seepage, allowing this type of piping to be suitable for gas or natural gas transport systems. The middle layer of the aluminum plastic composite pipe is flame resistant, which allows for cables and electric wires to be threaded through the pipes for essential electric shielding. Aluminum plastic composite pipes are also ideal for moving liquids in beverage production.

2. High temperature resistance: Aluminum plastic composite pipes allow for a sustained transfer of hot water at temperatures of 95°C and a transient transfer of 110°C. Fenghe's aluminum composite pipes also feature a small thermal expansion coefficient, which effectively avoids thermal expansion, which is the direct cause of most pipe deformations.

1. Aluminum strips have a large weld zone and allow for a high welding strength.
2. Hot-melt adhesives feature a high melt flow index, allowing for a high bond strength between the aluminum strip and plastic.
3. After supplying a boost pressure of 0.6~0.8MPa to aluminum plastic composite pipe, there is a tighter bond between the aluminum strip and plastic. This also improves the bond strength.
