HD-0103 ultrasonic welding and cutting machine is designed for making cone-shaped respirator masks. It combines ultrasound welding and die cutting making it very efficient and labor-saving, the workers only need to discharge and reclaim materials.
This machine use servo positioning and rotary operation to cut and weld the respirator mask in a high speed. It is equipped with deviation-correction system to ensure the product quality. The machine frame and machine body is made of aluminium alloys, which makes it firm, good looking and never rusty. It provides a better choice to replace traditional handcrafting manufacture.
