The QSF45-10 superfine wire drawing line’s minimum finished wire diameter is 0.0085mm. PLC controlled servo motors are used in place of a belt transmission, which decreases the risk of drawing cone destabilization caused by skidding during belt transmission, improves the control and operational precision, and prevents wire breaking caused by small errors. An optical fiber measurement device is used for real time spooling measurement and adjustment to ensure the accuracy, and traversing methods include a cone shape.
