Description- The outer column of the volleyball equipment is made of high-quality welded pipe of φ89x4mm and the inner column is made from φ76mm steel. Through the height adjusting equipment, you can move the outer column and the inner column up and down to adjust the height of the volleyball net.
- Among the two outer columns, one column is equipped with a net hook, and the other one is equipped with a tightening and locking mechanism, composed of a worm wheel and endless screw. By adjusting the locking handle, the tightening degree of the wire rope can be adjusted to meet the required height of the net.
- A specially-made crash pad, 40mm, is equipped at the bottom of the outer column, serving as a buffer, and is matched with the embedded part. It can effectively prolong the service life of the embedded part and the column.
- A specially-made envelope is equipped on the top of the column to prevent the film from falling off and destroying the beautiful appearance due to the friction between the outer surface of the inner column and the inner surface of the outer column when adjusting the height.
- All the steel parts will be electrostatic powder coated on the automatic coating line after being processed by rust removal and phosphating treatment.
