Features
- This ZBS-450G flexo printing machine uses the ceramic anilox roll for ink transfer.
- Its printing plate in each printing unit allows 360° adjustment.
- Our machine is designed with tripe rotary die cutting stations. Therein, the first and second stations are applicable for double sides die cutting, and the third station is used for sheeting or slitting printed materials.
- In the standard configuration, the computer controlled web guider is mounted in the front of printing unit to keep the material in the right position all the time.
- A series of optional devices is available. For example, the conveyer system can be applied in combination with the third die cutting station for conveying the finished products orderly. The static image monitoring device can be used to inspect the image quality for high speed printing.
- Automatic magnetic powder tension controller is selected for unwinding and rewinding units. The double rewinding unit can be also mounted if needed.
- When the flexo printing machine stops printing, the ink rollers will be separated from the printing roller automatically, and will keep low speed rotating to prevent the ink from drying.
- Aside from the imported inverter, the machine also employs the main motor with advanced continuously variable frequency speed controller.
- Easy for operation, this flexo printing machine is able to achieve the material feeding, printing, varnishing, drying, laminating, die cutting, rewinding and sheeting at one stroke.
