Down-the-hole drill rig for open-pit mining

This machine is produced based on Zhejiang Kaishan Compressor’s years of efforts. It is bespoke for operators working in large-scale open-pit mines. The drilling machine is driven by a powerful engine that activates the interior hydraulic movement system, high-pressure air end and DHT hammer, through which it can drill rocks efficiently, change angles and move smoothly. The machine is equipped with several modules, such as a hydraulic dust collector that can reduce pollution to environment, a hands-free hydraulic rod handling module, a floating rig joint protecting rod thread and a anti-jamming module. It also provides a cozy working environment for operators, with an air-conditioner installed in its large cab.
