Traditional nylon zipper teeth are sewn using a thread that is loaded on the elements, meaning the threads easily break. Once the threads break, the teeth fall off, and the zippers will not work. Because of that, DaSun zipper has created a new, heavy duty nylon zipper.

Heavy duty nylon zippers are a patented DaSun zipper product, and features double layer elements with a groove between the layers. The thread is sewn onto the groove, which protects the thread from coming into contact with the sliders. Because of this, the thread will not be worn down by the sliders, and the zippers can be used for longer periods of time.

Zipper Information

Zippers by sizes: The length of heavy duty nylon zippers is 6 centimeters at a minimum, though they can be customized to meet different customer needs.

Zipper styles: We offer a variety of zipper styles, including open-end zippers, close-end zippers, two way open-end zippers and close-end double slider "I" zippers

Colors

Tape colors: Heavy duty nylon zippers can be dyed different colors when the needed color is chosen in C pantone or Y pantone.

Teeth Colors: The nylon zippers can be dyed different colors to meet different customer requirements.

Sliders

Slider styles: The slider styles include auto-lock sliders, non-lock sliders or plastic sliders. Plastic sliders cost the least, while the auto-lock sliders and non-lock sliders offer a more decorative appearance.
