HD-0408 automatic production line for FFP2 particulate valved mask is used for producing the body of fold-flat dust mask. It uses ultrasonic welding technology to shape the main body of mask by combining 3-5 layers nonwoven and activated carbon. It can automatically thread the nose clip and then weld it, avoid the later step of welding nose clip that save the labor and increase the efficiency. Its product can meet various standards such as FFP1, FFP2, and N95, and only need to weld the ear loop to get the final product.
