Using asynchronous motor and advanced frequency converter, the door control system is able to carry out self-diagnosis, leading to reliable operation, low defect rate and low noise.
2. High Security The double-circuit brake system can work independently in two ways, doubling the security.
With a wide covering area, the safety light curtain produces a high-safety zone, sensitive to any objects entering the zone. It also possesses a strong resistance to outside interference and is equipped with a micro-controller to regulate the illumination. Once the light is blocked by someone, the elevator will quickly react and open up, without touching the passenger, thus ensuring a safe ride.
In order to further ensure safety, the Kasper elevator is designed with two switches, located in the two-layer door. Only when two switches are closed, the elevator will start running.
The double-direction ratchet in the speed limiter will automatically cut down the power when the elevator runs over the limited value. It helps to guarantee the passengers' safety.
