Thermal Oil Boiler (Diesel Oil Burner Heating)
This thermal oil boiler is designed and produced for various industrial heating applications through the adoption of diesel oil burner that generate heats. By using thermal oil as the heat transfer medium, the thermal oil pump enables forced circulation of the medium, that is, the heat energy is transferred to the heating equipment and then the thermal oil returns to the boiler for reheating.
The thermal oil boiler provides heat transfer fluid up to 300℃, and 70% to 85% of the fuel becomes heat energy therefore offering high thermal efficiency. PLC system controls the operation of the thermal oil boiler and monitors all the functions the equipment to ensure a safe and smooth running.
Configured with diesel oil burner, our thermal oil boiler is extensively used in various industries requiring heating systems such as asphalt melting, textile dyeing, food, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and building materials.
