    3-zone heaters for the barrel, 2-zone heaters for the machine head, externally covered with a safety protective wind hood.

    3 groups of multi-wing fans with super-static forced air cooling.

    PID/LED/RKC intelligent digital display temperature controller, providing high-precision digital instruments to show all extrusion parameters, including temperature control, driving, revolution, pressure, and interlock intercontrol functions.

    Melt pressure is interlocked with the host for overpressure alarm protection; melt temperature is interlocked with the host for low-temperature start-up protection.
