V-port ball valve generally has a V shaped ball or seat, which allows the orifice to be opened and closed in a more controlled manner, and thereby adjusting the flow velocity as required. It commits no block or separation between the seat and the ball. The control valve is featured by great sealing result and long service life.

V-Notch ball valve is commonly used in water treatment, acid transfer, natural gas control, just to name a few.

Features
1. The fluid passes through the valve at a high velocity when the valve is in the opening position. Only little pressure is lost in this process. The ball valve works to prevent the accumulation of solid effectively.
2. The flow features an approximate equal percentage with wide adjustable range. The max ratio is 100: 1.
3. When there is fiber or solid in the medium, the valve won't get stuck and still maintains good sealing result due to the shearing effect between the V-shaped ball and the metal seat. The eccentric sphere helps effectively to reduce the valve's self-abrasion.
