Powered by compressed air, it uses a porous sponge and a vacuum generator to create negative pressure. Component Overview

The vacuum lifter consists of a suction body, sponge layer, control circuit and pneumatic system, sheet metal housing, and lifting ring. When the suction knob is activated, the vacuum generator begins operation. Within 1–3 seconds, the system reaches the required negative pressure level, indicated by a green light, signaling that the material can be safely lifted.

Safety Features

Now in its fifth-generation design, the vacuum lifter includes upgraded safety components such as a buzzer and check valve for enhanced protection.

  • Leakage alert system:

    If minor air leakage occurs during lifting, the object won’t fall immediately. When the vacuum level drops below the preset threshold, the buzzer sounds to alert the operator to lower the load safely and promptly.

  • Pressure-holding function:

    In case of compressor shutdown or sudden air supply failure, the vacuum lifter maintains negative pressure temporarily. This prevents the load from falling instantly. The buzzer activates to warn the operator to lower the item without delay.
