A single machine has multiple functions, making it easy to produce bouffant caps in various specifications, including lengths of 17”, 18”, 19”, 20”, and 21”, simply by changing the molds. The equipment runs in a stable manner, with its fastest production speed reaching 120 caps/minute, and a product qualification rate of more than 99%.
