Splitter
Main function: the splitter can be used to split the concrete products in order to get natural surface. This machine is generally used for high-end processing of the external wall of the landscape architecture as well as block processing for municipal engineering, road and water conservancy.
Working principle: it adopts 4 blades which place stress on the products, thus splitting the concrete products.

Shot blasting machine
Main function: it is a deep processing machine which can carry out shot blasting on the surface of the concrete product in order to get uniform, fine and smooth surface.
Working principle: this machine adopts steel shots and other materials for uniform blasting of the product surface.

Bush hammer
Main function: it is equipped with several cone heads which can get expected effects by hammering the surface of the concrete product.
Working principle: this machine can realize bush hammering on the surface of the concrete.

Polishing machine
Introduction: it is a deep processing machine which can carry out cutting and grinding of the concrete product.
Main function: you can get smooth block surface by using the polishing machine for polishing.

Color mixing machine
Introduction: it is a machine which can realize color mixing of the concrete block surface.
Main function: this machine is installed on the secondary material distribution device of the block molding machine. It can also be removed according to the requirements. The color mixing machine consists of batching plant, conveyor and mixing and distributing device. It can form natural color mixing effect on the surface of the products.

Water-washing device
The water washing device can be used to flushing the brick surface in order to get special effects.

Off-line pallet and block separation equipment
Main function: this equipment can be used in the unclosed simple production line which can be used for product and pallet separation and stacking, and separation of reusable device and product which need further processing.

Off-line lower stacking equipment
Introduction: this stacking equipment provides an independent stacking method which can be used for block adopting natural curing so that it can not adopt on-line stacking. It uses stacked pallets push machine to transport the products to the elevator for the subsequent stacking.

Off-line high level stacking equipment
Introduction: the off-line high level stacking equipment has similar function with the off-line lower stacking equipment. But the stacking method is different. The former equipment adopts mechanical arm and mechanical gripper for grabbing the stacking from the top.
