Application
As a paper processing machine, the disc disperser comes with single hydraulic cylinder drive considered as one of the most advanced structure types. Adopting single hydraulic drive can solve sealing problem of main shaft on the paper machinery. Sealing points change from 4 to 2. Adding C-type air filter results in balancing lubrication cavity pressure and atmospheric pressure. It extends the design service life of V-shaped sealing ring. Add new assembly sealing in the front end of heat disperser with single hydraulic cylinder drive on the basis of keeping the original sealing. Both of seals dually protect the sealing of main shaft.
