This napping system is consisted of: main part (compacting device, transmission system, dust removal system, frame, electronic control cabinet, drawing roller, elevating system), external dust collection device (optional), and feeding and discharging rack.
The compacting device is set to ensure that the materials are moved stably and synchronously with the transmission system, instead of being blocked by the drawing device. Dust generated in drawing will be removed by an external collection facility.
With an elevating system, operators can precisely control the height of the transmission platform, thus adjusting the distance between materials and the drawing roller, and determining quality of the drawing lines.
Users will get to know the running states of all of the motors through the indicator light of the control buttons. This system is rather reliable and easy to be operated.
The napping machine is suitable for surface drawing, polishing, natural wood grain processing, and deburring treatment for PE sheets, PP plates and other PVC products. The processed plates will show distinct and vivid wood grain.
