The JW-LCX4 VFFS machine is equipped with a Z-shaped bucket elevator and a 12 heads weigher. It is composed of the vibratory feeder, Z-shaped elevating conveyor, 12 heads weigher and VFFS machine in order to automatically complete the entire feeding, weighing, bag forming, bag filling, bag sealing, label printing and discharging process.
The Z-shaped elevating conveyor is able to transfer products vertically at fast speeds, and features a compact structure of only 3,000mm high, making it suitable for small factories with limited space.
Applicable bag materials: Composite film with thickness between 0.03-0.15mm, single layer PE film, paper film and more.
