Theelectrical paper mill roll stand is designed with the symmetric structure, soit can be fed with two bundles of base paper simultaneously. In addition, themachine can continuously change papers without halt. Our paper mill roll standcan finish lifting, clamping, loosening and centering the base paper byadopting the electromechanical operation style.
The head of paperclamp adopts taper style. The tension control adopts pneumatic braking oroptional manual braking, and on-line control together with paper splicer is also available.The clamping and lifting of the base paper is controlled by thecycloid motor, which can protect the electrical papermill roll stand from damage while the clamping arms overload ortouch the ground.
The base paper can be fed in right position conveniently and flexiblythrough the use of paper feeding trolley. Two paper feeding trolleys can beused together to feed papers from two sides. Additionally, the electrical papermill roll stand can also be equipped with the ground rail, the main structureof which is welded by 16 channel steel, firm and durable.
