The high speed water based ink printing slottingmachine is designed with user-friendly operating system, so it can easily carryout the functions of setting, revising, performing, replacing and memorizing ina short time with exact figures displayed. This highly efficient machine isapplicable to ordinary cartons or small size cartons.
All the driving rollers are made of high quality steel and treated withhard chrome plating and surface grinding. However, the metal or ceramic anilox roll is optional and theline numbers of anilox rollcan be specified by the customer. The transmission gear is made of high qualityalloy steel and goes through heating and grinding treatment. In addition, the main transmission shaft of the high speed waterbased ink printing slotting machine ensures highoverprinting accuracy.
This high speed water based ink printing slotting machine adopts the leadingedge sheet feeding. It is equipped with auto machine oil balancer which keepsoil balancing of each working unit. The machine also adopts PLC control andcomes with the return to zero and memory functions. In addition, the PLCmatched with touch screen control is also optional.
