Business Dept.1 has independently developed and manufactured more than 4000 kinds of filter elements. In 2000, we imported advanced technology, processing method and production equipment from Germany. Meanwhile, compressed air suspension oil content test center and laboratory equipped with complete detection machines are set up, and they are in accordance with ISO8573-96 standard. In addition, ISO9000 quality management system is also adopted. In this way, the stable performance and reliable quality of our product are guaranteed which make our product more competitive.

Business Dept.2 has the first modern factory specialized in the production of screw air compressor lubricant in China. The production shop adopts full automatic process control system by computers, and professional and modern quality control laboratory with complete detection equipment is set up. Advanced air compressor entity bench laboratory is also established. In addition, we have screw post center, and PLC and control system technical center to fulfill our development plan.

Business Dept.4 sets up a production base with capacity of 10,000 sets in Xuhang town, Shanghai. This production base is able to manufacture refrigerated air dryer (15 m3 below) in mass and standard mode.
