Engineering Machinery Filter Research Center
Business Dept.6 has set up an engineering machinery filter research center which meets the national standard, and the research strength is excellent in this field. This center contains some professional labs including material lab, air filter lab and rotary filter lab. Computer aided design method, failure mode and efficiency analysis are applied to develop our product. On the other hand, the center has one professor level senior engineer, two senior engineers, and 10 junior and intermediate engineers. Advanced material detection machine and test equipment for gasoline, diesel, water and air filters are also equipped. Meanwhile, we have many other test machines suitable for all kinds of filters, such as filtering quality machine, filtering efficiency machine (particle counting), fuel water separating efficiency machine, pulse/static pressure machine, filter element strength machine, cleanliness machine, check valve machine, bypass valve machine and salt mist machine, etc. Excellent research team and advanced equipment guarantee the quality of our product.

Nano Air Filter
The filter material is imported from Germany and USA, and we cooperate with foreign research institutes to develop new type nano air filter. Thus, our filter material is world class, and the filtration efficiency is as high as 99.999%.

Filter Winding Rubber Injection Solidification Technique
We introduce progressive filter winding rubber injection machine and hot melt material which can be solidified quickly from other countries. As a result, the traditional fixing method using iron net is replaced by filter winding rubber injection method, and higher resistance to deformation is achieved.

Suspension Assembly Sealing Technique
Suspension assembly technique is applied to produce the sealing parts at the top end of air filter, and it allows great sealing effect, high strength and good sealing structure. Nano Fiber Filter

The filter material is smooth, and it has round fiber and multilayer structure. As a result, it is very effective for water based and petroleum based liquid, and it can be used to remove water and other contaminations in oil and fuel. Thus the engine is well protected. Oil Filter
Different types of impurities exist in the engine oil during the cycle process, and the impurities will lead to the abrasion of engine parts, and the service life of engine is shortened. So, it is very necessary to remove these impurities. Our oil filter can effectively remove the impurities to purify the oil, thus the engine is protected from further damage. In addition, this product is environment friendly.



Fuel Filter
Purified fuel is important for high performance engine, because purified fuel is able to raise fuel efficiency and lower fuel loss. Meanwhile, purified fuel can avoid abrasion of fuel injection pump, and blocking problem of fuel injector. Thus, the service life of engine is extended, and the emission pollution is cut down as well.
