For positioning and pneumatic clamping of vertical and horizontal busbar elbows
Busbar elbow assembly fixtures are used to position and hold vertical or horizontal busbar elbows during assembly. They are used to hold the busbar elbow in the required position before riveting, so the connected sections stay in place during assembly.
Since busbar elbows are not all the same size, the fixture is customized to suit the dimensions required for production. During assembly, pneumatic clamping keeps the busbar sections pressed together before riveting.
