Nickel Sulfate Evaporation and Crystallization System
Industrial Evaporation & Crystallization Solutions
We provide NiSO₄ evaporation and crystallization solutions for producing main nickel salt for electroplating and chemical nickel plating
Nickel sulfate is a widely used nickel salt in the electroplating and electroless plating industries. It serves as the primary source of nickel ions in these processes, allowing the release of Ni²⁺ and SO₄²⁻ ions essential for metal deposition.
Nickel sulfate solution has a relatively low boiling point elevation and its solubility changes significantly with temperature, making it suitable for evaporation and crystallization processes. To obtain nickel sulfate hexahydrate (NiSO₄·6H₂O), the solution is first concentrated through either multi-effect evaporation or MVR evaporation, depending on energy cost and scale. The concentrated liquid is then cooled to form crystals, using either a batch crystallizer or a continuous system, depending on production needs.
