Here is a roll bending machine we have customized for a customer in Guangzhou city for rolling conical workpieces. That is our W11QNC1-20×2000 3-roll plate bending machine which is designed with a conical top roll and is able to bend plates of up to 20mm thickness and 2000mm width. The top driven roll of the metal bending machine is fixed while the two lower rolls can move up and down keeping a certain angle with the horizontal plane. Driven by hydraulic cylinders, the lower rolls can move synchronously or individually to pre-bend the end of plates.
