JGW109C Yarn Winding Machine
JGW109C is a high-speed yarn winder used as an upstream preparation machine for covering machines, fancy yarn twisting machines, and similar textile equipment. It is suitable for winding yarn materials such as chemical fibers and blended yarns into packages for further processing.
The yarn winding machine adopts a single-spindle independent control system in which both the yarn guiding mechanism and spindle are driven separately. This electromechanical integrated design allows stable winding operation and flexible control during production. It keeps the winding stable, maintains consistent yarn tension, and helps form uniform packages for the next production stage of textile processes.

- Independent Yarn Guide Units
Each spindle is equipped with an independent yarn guiding structure, allowing more flexible yarn formation and helping improve yarn quality during winding.
- Edge Formation Device
A precise edge-forming device controls yarn placement on each spindle position, helping achieve more uniform and stable package formation.
- Custom Motor
Our custom-built motors operate at rated speeds up to 6000 rpm. The brushless design reduces wear and noise while extending service life. Built-in Hall sensors provide accurate feedback on motor speed and position, enabling precise speed and positioning control. Combined with an encoder, the system maintains stable rotation even under changing loads.
- Guide Roller System
High-strength nylon guide rollers monitor yarn tension and running speed during production. The collected data is processed through control algorithms to help optimize yarn package formation.
