- Metering-gap Adjustment: Patented one-switch Quick Positioning Mechanism (QPS), with much less adjusting time and much more constancy.
- Coating Cylinder Control: Double servo-motor control initiated by Sinomech with better accuracy and more flexibility in coating amount adjustment.
- Laminating Nip: Patented horizontal Separable Back-up Roller (SBR), with much more stable laminating pressure and applicable for more types of substrates, esp., thin and light extensible materials.
- Machine Management and Remote Maintenance: open to be integrated into Sinomech Cloud Platform for Solventless Laminators (SCPSL).
