Application:
Food grade washdown hose is suitable for hot water, liquid products and steam transportation no hotter than 165℃. It is widely used for dairy products, canning factories, aquatic products, etc.

Construction:
- Tube: White, smooth, food grade NBR rubber with excellent oil resistance;
- Reinforcement: Multiple plies of polyester tire cord;
- Cover: Blue, smooth, composite NBR/PVC rubber with excellent oil resistance, anti-aging;
Temperature Range:
Water: -20℃ ~+100℃, and the working pressure is 20 bar;
Saturated or overheated steam:
Max. 165℃ and the working pressure is 6 bar.
