1. Smart Pneumatic Conveying System
This smart system is our patent. Featuring PLC and touch screen, this deviceenables our building material processing system to perfectly combine functions ofautomatic dosing and pneumatic conveying.

Materials are transported in wholly sealed piping system. CIP system isavailable to erase your concerns about cleaning. In order to minimize materialabrasion to pipeline, we adopt build-in ceramic turning.

2. Exceptional Efficiency
Our dry mortar production line is deployed vertically, and there is a pneumaticconveying tank (patented) with dosing function placed at the bottom of silos.Materials are transported directly to silos by compressed air for optimizedproductivity. Then these dosed materials are conveyed to mixer, finishedproduct silos and packaging section, etc.

3. Accuracy
The entire production process is automatically implemented and is controlled byinstrument or computer. Especially for conveying inside workshops, our smartconveying system allows for adjustments to perfectly fit your manufacturingtechnologies, resulting in unrivaled accuracy and simplicity.

1. Feeding and Storing System
The production of dry mortar may require cement,fly ash, sand, calcium carbonate and certain additives. Cement and fly ash arefed with tank cars, while the feeding of sand and other materials are assisted bypneumatic conveying system. Steel structuresilo for materials allows being custom made. Level indicator is installed forautomatic read-out.

2. Weighing and Batching System
In our dry mortar production line there are two weighingand batching systems. Scale A is designed to weigh main materialsfalling into code of A1, A2, A3, A4, A5 and A6. Proportion value can be pre-setvia touch screen and each material will be fed by exclusive screw conveyor.Feeding of next material will be automatically activated when the previousmaterial reaches pre-set value.

Scale B comes with small scale range for measuring additives (B1, B2, B3, B4
). The process is the same withmain materials.

3. Conveying System
Scale A and B function not only as weighing, but also conveying. Afterweighing, proper pressure will be poured into these two tanks and the pressureranges 0.12-0.3mpa according to different material properties. Materials willbe transported to silos in the middle via dense-phase pneumatic conveying.Layering occurs to part of materials in transport tube.

4. Mixing System
Mixing system can beselected on the basis of your requirements and material properties. Our double-shaft paddle mixer is the frequently seenchoice in dry mortar manufacture industry. This mixing system involves theutilization of two vertically mixing shafts in same size. They rotate reverselyat same speed.

Moreover, we specially place paddle on mixing shaft, whereby mixing materialsin radial direction, hoop direction and shaft direction. Combined cycledelivers the import benefits in the form of even mixing in short time.

5. Weighing and Packing System
We mainly offer valve bag and open bag packing machine. Selection isdetermined by your requirements. The valve bag packing machine deliversautomatic sealing, while open bag packing system requires bag sewing machine.

Packing Speed: 3-4 bags/min
Bulk Bag Filler Capacity: 500-1000kg/bag
Bulk Bag Filler Speed: 5 bags/hour

6. Dust Cleaning System
In our dry mortar production line, we place pulsejet fabric filters with fan at feeding section and packing section.Filter area varies 7-48m2/min.  Fold-type filter cartridge is made frompolyester non-woven fabric, offering impressive filter area. Pulse control onreverse blowing is available to enhancing dust collection.

On the top of silos, we adopt cylinder-type dustcollector, offering filtration capacity of 7-24m2/min. Pulse control on reverse blowingis available as well. PLC and touch screen is employed to precisely controlevery process. Electronic components, which are supplied by Omron andSchneider, are responsible for reliable and easy operation. Internet is withineasy access.
