One-step Shrink Wrap Machine
Product Introduction
The one-step shrink wrapping machine uses a glass fiber sealing knife slot, a high temperature and a non-stick L bar sealing knife. Sealing is carried out smoke and burn free, leaving the sealed part neat and clean. The shrink wrapping machine is equipped with a special roller and pins that punch small holes in the film, and a sliding film holder that can easily adjust to different size specifications of the shrinking film. Sealing and shrinking is carried out in one step. The BTM-400 is equipped with a stainless steel conveying mesh that has an adjustable height, and automatic output once the packing is finished, leading to a doubled packing capacity.

Functions and Options:
1. Integrated sealing and shrinking into a single step
2. A transparent hood allows for visible shrinking and sealing.
3. The shrink wrapping machine uses a glass fiber cutting insulator and nickel alloy cutter to achieve the perfect sealing line and prevent the film from sticking to the cutter.
4. The packaging machine is equipped with a special roller outfitted with a pin to punch small holes in the film.
5. A sliding film holder can hold different size specifications of the shrink film and is easy to adjust.
6. The wrapping machine will not overheat, even after long term operation.
7. Low power consumption: only 4kw per hour.
8. The shrink wrap machine uses a PPS thermos table cutter clip to bear heavy tension loads, even during long term operation.
9. The height of the package supporting mesh inside the chamber is adjustable to different sized products.
