Product Introduction
The semi-automatic L bar shrink wrapping machine uses a high temperature and non-stick L bar sealing knife and carries out sealing with no smoke or burning. The sealed seam is neat and clean, and the conveyor belt height is adjustable using a hand wheel. The semi-automatic L bar shrink wrapping machine has an adjustable film layer with needle device, making it easy to fit different sizes, up to a maximum width of 550mm. Double electromagnets can pull the sealing frame and increase the sealing pressure.

Features:
1. The BTL-450 BM-500 semi-automatic L bar shrink wrapping machine has a low energy consumption and a great packaging flexibility for shrink wrapping products of various dimensions.
2. The shrink wrapping machine's special mixed-air method is used specifically to heat film to an optimum shrink temperature in order for the film to retain its elasticity and strength. Heat recycling allows for an ideal energy efficiency.
3. With the development o an anti-collage system, fusing of the shrink film to the PE-packed product beneath it and creasing of the film are prevented. The mixed-air system determines the tensile force in accordance with the load volume and film dimensions. This system leads to excellent cost savings.
4. A high temperature and non-stick L bar sealing knife carries out the sealing with no smoke and no burning. The sealed part is neat and clean, and the sealing knife is coated in Teflon, as a heat protection device.
5. After sealing is complete, the packed product goes to the shrink tunnel automatically via a conveyor belt, which is adjustable using a hand wheel.
6. Double electromagnets lead to a stronger pressure. An adjustable film layer comes with a needle device, allowing it to fit different film sizes.
