Wafer Batter Mixer
Our wafer batter mixer mainly contains two models which are DJ25 and DJ50, and the following paragraphs give brief introduction on each of them.
Model 1: DJ25 Wafer Batter Mixer
Our DJ25 wafer batter mixer is an integrated battering machine used to make batter for wafer production line, and it is mainly composed of mixing tank, storage tank, delivery pump and other accessories that are necessary for batter delivery. The mixing tank and electric cabinet are constructed from 304N stainless steel, and the electric cabinet exhibits excellent airtightness.
Feature
Completely made from stainless steel, this batter agitator is very durable, and it can be cleaned with water in a short time. The blades, with dynamic and static seals, could convert 25kg flour into 65kg batter only in 3 minutes, and it is very easy to clean these blades. In addition, this stainless steel blender is outfitted with a flat cover, and the electrical system has an IP rating of IP55.

Model 2: DJ50 Wafer Batter Mixer
Our DJ50 wafer batter mixer is a piece of stand-alone batter mixing equipment that should work together with CJ50 batter storage tank to provide batter for wafer production process. It consists of mixing tank, delivery pump and relevant accessories, and the mixing tank, manufactured from food grade 304 stainless steel, has a capacity of 100L.
Feature
This wafer biscuit production equipment is constructed from stainless steel, and it allows fast and convenient cleaning. Our wafer batter mixer, with dynamic and static seals, is able to process 50kg flour into 130kg batter in 3 minutes, and it has an arch shaped cover. In addition, the electrical system is IP55 rated.
