The wafer batter mixing tank, also known as a waffle batter agitator, is designed to temporarily store wafer batter before feeding batter to the aeration system. The batter storage tank has a sandwiched structure which allows cooling water to flow around so as to ensure high batter quality, and it is completely constructed from stainless steel. On the other hand, its electrical parts have an IP rating of IP55, and this waffle batter mixer could be cleaned by water in a short time.
