The wire tension meter is a type of electronic tension measuring instrument. Using high precision measurement chip, with the function of upper and lower limit tension controllable, it can accurately measure the real-time tension value, both intuitive and practical.

1. Real-time measuring tension value and displayed on the digital tube
2. Any setting of the upper and lower limit tension values within the measuring range is available. Output the DC24V alarm signal (the red indictor light turns on) to indicate the device stops working.
3. Configured with 485 communication interfaces (only for the transmission between the same devices), through which the required parameters set up on any one device can be transmitted to others, facilitating operation.
4. The wire tension meter uses high precision measurement chip and high precision strain sensor to realize accurate and stable measurement.

Attentions
1. Do not touch the tension measuring wheel under working conditions.
2. Prevent the measuring instrument from falling and being damaged by strong impact.
3. When the enameled wire is passing through the wire jump preventer and the tension measuring wheel, it is necessary to check whether it passes through the guide wheel in a proper way, ensuring that the guide wheel rotates clockwise while working.
4. The wire tension meter use environment must be kept clean, for excessive dust absorption can cause measurement imprecision and loss, and shorten the service life of the measuring instrument.
