Options
1. DSP with USB Port
Available with USB port, the digital signal processor installed on a CNC router for sign making provides a user-friendly interface displayed in English. The compact, durable DSP design also has 128M RAM memory, supporting online file transfer. Equipped with standard G code or HPGL software programming, the engraver can perform many functions including fast calculation, processing, breakpoint continuation, and power failure protection functions.
2. Motor-Driven Spindle
Both water cooled spindle and air cooled spindle are available in different powers, made either in China or Italy.
3. Vacuum Table
The vacuum table goes by many names. Vacuum chuck, vacuum workholding system, vacuum clamping system, vacuum fixture, and vacuum hold down system are just a few. But they mean the same thing and performs the same function which is to hold down the workpiece tightly on the table during engraving. VICUT vacuum table is divided into several zones. That is why some may call it multi-zone vacuum table. Operators can turn on or off one or more particular zones during operation, allowing the full working area or just some part of the area to be involved in the engraving. Gasket cords or rubber cords can be adjusted to seal the perimeter of work-piece of various sizes and shapes. The vacuum fixture can be made of aluminum alloy.
4. Mist Sprayer
The mist sprayer sends oil mist to the surface being machined. The oil is essential for effective tool cooling and lubrication when the tool engraves on a metal surface.
