Our assembly machine is equipped with center clamping systems which are driven by hydraulic cylinder. Actually the hydraulic cylinder drives gear rack transmission system, and the gear drives other transmission systems, then linear straight force can be provided by means of lead screw to simultaneously drive the clamping roll. Thus the center clamping can be completed. The clamping system of wing plate and web plate adopts hydraulic cylinder drive, which not only ensures large force but also improves the clamping flexibility. The system can automatically stretch or retract to allow the workpiece to successfully pass through without being affected by irregular wing plate width and web plate thickness changes. Mechanical manipulator can be used to make center clamping convenient and improves assembling speed.
There is a special device which can be used in combination with cylindrical cylinder to make sure that web plate and wing plate can be aligned before assembling starts. 4 sets of guide are used to improve the stability when assembling is ongoing. A small hydraulic cylinder is equipped to drive the mechanism which is used to ignite arc, so the air source is eliminated. The main motor speed can be controlled by Taiwan Three Acer AC frequency speed controller. And hydraulic systems are high quality product from joint ventures in China. Filter is installed to make sure that valves can work normally for a long time.
