1. Columns and beams: Q345B or Q235B H section steels.
2. Secondary steel structure: C purlins.
3. Wall and roof: color steel plate or sandwich panel.
4. Doors and windows can be designed to meet different requests at any place. Sliding door and rolling door are both available.

Production Line
Our factory covers an area of ​​20,000 square meter. We have a light steel production line, with a monthly production capacity of 1,500 tons. The common steel production line is as follows:

CNC flame cutting → The first molding → Ambush welding → Mechanical correction → Secondary assembly → Flame straightening → Blast cleaning → Paint

Purchasing Guide

2. Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, earthquake, etc.
3. Production process: According to your requests or drawings.
4. Roof and wall: PU/EPS/Rock wool sandwich panel or color steel sheet.
5. Lighting and ventilation: FRP lighting board and ventilation skylight.
6. Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position, material(plastic steel or aluminum alloy).
7. Crane beam: If you need a crane, please offer the parameters.
8. Roof gutter: Stainless steel, galvanized steel, color steel plate.
