Evaporation Desalination System for Hard Water
YSZ series hard water evaporator is a special evaporator for evaporation and desalination of high mineral content hard water. In the actual production processes, many water bodies contain a large number of scaling substances such as Ca, Mg, Si and so on. These scaling substances will form a scale layer which is difficult to remove, and will cause the blockage of heating pipeline, or even make the equipment scrapped.
Hecheng technical team developed a special evaporation desalination system for hard water, which solved the above problems. The hard water evaporator can separate and remove the scale in the water without blocking the heating pipe and heater. It can be used individually or in combination to form a multi effect evaporation unit, as well as work together with a steam compressor unit to form a MVR type evaporation unit. The evaporation desalination system is provided with media of different materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel and titanium alloy.
